COUNT DOWN TO PLANET’S 2008 EXECUTIVE FORUM IN ARIZONA

HERNDON, Va., February 1, 2008 — Green industry executives, if you haven’t already registered for the Professional Landcare Network’s (PLANET’s) 2008 Executive Forum — The Power to Perform for the Successful Executive — you’re urged to do so now. The three-day event, geared toward green industry company owners and managers who want to improve their leadership and management skills, will be held at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, from February 14–17, 2008. Husqvarna, a global leader in outdoor power products, is the 2008 Executive Forum Strategic Partner.

This year’s workshops include sessions on improving team communications, transforming your presentations, retraining your brain, and strategies for succession planning and wealth management. And, as always, there are plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues at nightly receptions or over a round of golf. One of the highlights of the Forum is the opportunity for a behind-the-scenes tour of either the University of Phoenix Stadium, a facility that has set a new standard for multipurpose sports and entertainment complexes and features a rollout field and retractable roof, or of Aridscape Concepts, Inc., corporate headquarters, a state-of-the-art, “green” design/build/maintenance facility that showcases some of the custom elements, such as a fertilizer injector and evapo transpiration irrigation controls, developed by AridScape Concepts.
