CRYSTAL BALL REPORT #26 JUST RELEASED

HERNDON, Va., November 2, 2006 — Members of the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) are pleased to announce that their annual Crystal Ball report has been released. This year’s Crystal Ball report, “Lean Management for the Green Industry: An Operational Strategy That Delivers Value to Customers and Eliminates Waste,” explains lean management’s principles, tools, and strategies and their application to green industry companies through the use of real-world case studies

The Crystal Ball report is an annual publication that focuses on important and timely issues that face green industry business owners and their employees today. The topic for this year’s report is lean management — the process of eliminating waste through continuous improvement.
