PLANET ANNOUNCES STUDENT CAREER DAYS SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE

HERNDON, Va., November 2, 2006 –– The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is pleased to announce the sponsors for its 31st annual Student Career Days (SCD). This year’s event will be held March 29–April 1, 2007, at Michigan State University, in Lansing, Michigan.

Student Career Days is an annual event that gathers hundreds of students from more than
50 colleges and universities across the country to participate in competitive events, network with colleagues and green industry company personnel, and interview for internships and employment possibilities. Considered to be the “largest recruiting event of the year,” Student Career Days draws representatives from dozens of landscape and lawn care companies that are available to discuss future employment opportunities.
