JOHN VAN ROESSEL NAMED FIRST-TIME PLANET PROMISE AWARD RECIPIENT

HERNDON, Va., November 3, 2008 — The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is pleased to announce the recipient of the new PLANET Promise Award — John van Roessel, CLP, of JVR Landscape in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The award was presented by PLANET President Jason Cupp, CLP, at the recent PLANET Green Industry Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.

“It was a tremendous honour to be awarded the PLANET Promise Award. Being the inaugural winner of this award makes it even more special,” says van Roessel. “I really have to share this award with all of the people that fueled and shared my passion and with those that helped guide my vision.”
