                                  EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION IN THE GREEN INDUSTRY

HERNDON, Va., December 3, 2007 — The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is pleased to announce the release of its newly revised Employee Compensation Report for the Green Industry. The report is based on 2006 data provided by green industry companies throughout the country.

The report includes detailed analyses of both executive and employee compensation (hourly rates, salaries, and commission or bonus); details on fringe benefits, such as retirement programs, health insurance, and vacation time; and data broken down by type of business (including sales volume) and by region.
