Who should take the Landscape Industry Certified Technician - Interior exam?
Any interior technician who wants to demonstrate a mastery of a body of knowledge recognized as the international standard.
Landscape Industry Certified Technician – Exterior (formerly known as CLT-E)
The exam is a written and hands-on test. Candidates choose to test in Hardscape Installation, Softscape Installation, Turf Maintenance, Ornamental Maintenance or Irrigation. The exam is available in many U.S. states and four Canadian provinces.

The material supports Integrated Pest Management concepts, pesticide safety and customer relations.
