1.       Attend ALCA seminars. Don't say you are too busy or can't afford to!

2.       Buy ALCA publications. Where else can you get such great advice?

3.       Plan, plan, plan and then stick to the plan.

4.       Commit to making a worthwhile change. Evaluate your progress. Recommit.

5.       Train and teach every chance you get.

6.       Track, track, track everything.

7.       Make safety a priority. Reward it even in small ways with little incentives such as lottery tickets.

8.       Praise, praise, praise.
