Position Duties and Responsibilities: Sell (measure, estimate, create, present) landscape maintenance and improvement proposals to commercial enterprises, institutions, property management companies and homeowners associations; Solicit, generate and develop leads from new sources; Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current customers; Report selling progress through weekly discussions with management; Document request for proposals and close ratios for management review using Microsoft Excel; Develop segmentation and targeting plans to focus efforts; Work with operational personnel to ensure effective job start-up and customer service.
