Combined with GIE+EXPO, this is the green industry's premier annual education and networking event. A speaker lineup, composed of the industry's leaders and most successful entrepreneurs; the exposition floor, hosting nearly 500 exhibits; and unparalleled networking opportunities make this is an event you cannot miss.

Green Industry Great Escape — February (location varies)
The Green Industry Great Escape (formerly Executive Forum) is an annual destination meeting for upper-level management, owners, and key personnel. Each year, we travel to a new, sometimes exotic, location to provide education and networking opportunities among peers, along with a healthy dose of rest and relaxation. It's a chance to recharge batteries, get new ideas, and return with a fresh perspective on running or conducting your business.

Student Career Days — March/April (location varies)
This three-day event provides green industry companies with unparalleled opportunities to meet and recruit next-generation green industry superstars. Close to 1,000 green industry students demonstrate their skills in real-world, competitive events coupled with an outstanding career fair.

PLANET Day of Service — April (nationwide) planetdayofservice.org
The PLANET Day of Service is a program designed to unite the green industry for a day dedicated to giving back to local communities. By participating, our members demonstrate the goodwill and environmental stewardship that is characteristic of the green industry.

Renewal & Remembrance — July (Wash, DC/Arlington, VA)
This event provides members with the opportunity to learn and engage in proactive advocacy on Capitol Hill, as well as to volunteer their services at one of our nation's treasures, Arlington National Cemetery. Beautification of these hallowed grounds ranks among the most moving and rewarding experiences our members undertake.

Lawn Care Summit — December (location varies)
In collaboration with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), PLANET hosts this educational event, bringing together the best, brightest, and most influential companies involved in lawn care nationwide.

Year-Round Educational Webinars
PLANET hosts a schedule of FREE educational webinars for its members. Topics range from branding and marketing, to how to handle legal matters, to how to build a solid public relations campaign — all taught by industry experts.

Specialty Group Involvement
PLANET is the overarching trade association for the green industry, serving companies that specialize in landscape management, lawn care, design/build/installation, and interior plantscaping. Recognizing that these industry segments have diverse needs and interests, PLANET formed specialty groups to meet their needs. Specialty groups hold networking events, and produce services, resources, and educational tools tailored to their particular group. Getting involved in a specialty group allows our members to customize their membership experience, and network with peers that do exactly what they do on a daily basis.

Online Networking
PLANET provides several venues for our members to interact online and network virtually through the PLANET Facebook page, Twitter, Voiceofthegreenindustry.org, and online discussion forums.
