The file is 52 megabytes and may take 30 minutes or more depending on download speed. You will need to unzip the file after it is downloaded onto your system. This will require a free zip program if you do not have Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Before downloading the program, you need to do the following:

1. create a folder on your machine for the program that you will readily recognize. For example, the folder could be called PLANET_Hearing_Bodies_Training.
2. download the zip file into that folder.
3. Once it is downloaded into the designated folder, unzip it into that folder.
4. Once unzipped, the folder will contain folders with Instructor and Trainee materials and will contain three short cuts to make the interactive modules run. Clicking a short cut will cause a module to run.
